Refund policy

1. 14-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. ITEM ELIGIBILITY
Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
3. ORIGINAL PACKAGING
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be sent back with the original MAQSOOM packaging, including the Thank You card and all accompanying packaging materials, exactly as received.
4. SIZE EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please place a new order and share the new order number with our team. The exchange process will be arranged through our courier service and completed within 2–3 business days.
5. QUALITY INSPECTION
All returned items undergo a quality inspection upon receipt. Returns or exchanges may be declined if the item is not in resalable condition or if any original packaging components are missing.
